The Structural Relationship between Exercise Frequency, Social Health, and Happiness in Adolescents

The aim of this study was to verify the relations between exercise frequency, social relationships, sense community, and subjective happiness among adolescents. data analysed in were from 11th Korean Child–Adolescent Happiness Index conducted by Bang Jeong Hwan Foundation 2019. consisted questionnaire responses 5094 middle-school high-school students. Data using descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability confirmatory model validity fit path effects analysis. results showed that frequency associated with adolescents, a comprehensive examination part confirmed. It can be concluded adolescents who participate frequent become more socially adept, which could turn make them happier. Policymakers stakeholders, including educational institutions parents, should therefore promote adolescent participation sports.
